Short bio (a few sentences, shown on your public profile once approved)

How long have you been making, and how did you learn?

Links to photos of 3 to 5 of your pieces, or a website or social page

Do you work with anyone else on your pieces? If yes: their names, what each does, and whether each is an enrolled Cherokee Nation citizen. Anyone who helps make a piece must be an enrolled citizen.

Do you use feathers, bone, shell, ivory, or other wildlife or plant materials that may be restricted? Describe each and where you get it, or write “none.”

If you make pottery: what clays and glazes do you use, and have you tested them for lead or other leachable materials?

Typical time to ship: in stock pieces, and made-to-order pieces?

I can ship with tracking, use careful packaging, and insure packages worth more than $100.

I will not list items made for or marketed mainly to children 12 or younger (toys, children’s jewelry, baby items).

I am 18 or older.

I am an enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation. After you apply, we’ll ask you to email two forms of current ID, one showing your CDIB or citizenship, to verify you. Do not upload ID through this form.

I have been honored by the Cherokee Nation as a Cherokee National Living Treasure. Optional. Cherokee National Living Treasures may qualify for a reduced commission rate. We’ll ask to see proof of the honor, such as your medal or certificate.

I understand I must create my own Stripe account and finish its identity, tax, and bank setup to sell and be paid, and that Stripe pays me directly.
